Tart cherries add a tangy flavor and a deep red color. This Tart Cherry Smoothie blends frozen cherries with banana, oat milk, a spoonful of yogurt and a touch of almond extract for a creamy, cherry-forward treat.
We add one to two teaspoons of our Elderberry Sea Moss Gel. It blends right in, and sea moss naturally contains minerals such as iodine, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Why We Love Smoothies
- Quick: most smoothies take under 5 minutes to make.
- Easy fiber: whole fruits and vegetables add fiber that helps you feel satisfied.
- Lots of color: fruits and vegetables are natural sources of antioxidants, and a smoothie makes it easy to enjoy several at once.
- Easy on the go: pour it into a sealed cup and take it with you.
