Looking for a bright, tangy smoothie to start your day? This Kiwi Blast Smoothie blends kiwi, banana and pineapple with a splash of coconut water. It is easy to make at home with ingredients you may already have.
We add one to two teaspoons of our Aloe Vera Sea Moss Gel. It has a very mild taste, gives the smoothie a silky texture, and sea moss naturally contains minerals such as iodine, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Why We Love Smoothies
- Quick: most smoothies take under 5 minutes to make.
- Easy fiber: whole fruits and vegetables add fiber that helps you feel satisfied.
- Lots of color: fruits and vegetables are natural sources of antioxidants, and a smoothie makes it easy to enjoy several at once.
- Easy on the go: pour it into a sealed cup and take it with you.
