This creamy avocado, banana and blueberry smoothie with almond milk is one of our favorites, in the morning or after a workout. Avocado makes it rich and smooth, banana adds natural sweetness, and blueberries give it a deep purple color.
We add one to two teaspoons of our Natural Sea Moss Gel. It has almost no flavor, blends right in, and sea moss naturally contains minerals such as iodine, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

What Each Ingredient Brings
Avocado
Avocado adds a creamy texture along with healthy fats and fiber. Its mild flavor lets the fruit shine.
Banana
Banana makes smoothies sweet and creamy without added sugar. It is also a good source of potassium and a handy carbohydrate before or after exercise.
Blueberries
Blueberries are a colorful source of antioxidants. Their deep blue color comes from natural plant compounds called anthocyanins.
Flax and Almond Butter
Ground flaxseed adds fiber, and almond butter adds a little protein and a nutty flavor.
