A fresh, fruit-forward smoothie for your morning. This Strawberry Beet Smoothie blends strawberries, pineapple, green apple and a small raw beet with spinach, avocado and coconut water. The beet gives it a deep pink color, and the fruit keeps it sweet.
We add one to two teaspoons of our Elderberry Sea Moss Gel. It blends right in, and sea moss naturally contains minerals such as iodine, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Why We Love Smoothies
- Quick: most smoothies take under 5 minutes to make.
- Easy fiber: whole fruits and vegetables add fiber that helps you feel satisfied.
- Lots of color: fruits and vegetables are natural sources of antioxidants, and a smoothie makes it easy to enjoy several at once.
- Easy on the go: pour it into a sealed cup and take it with you.
