Healthy Herbs wants everyone to be able to shop, learn and get help on our website, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and they help make our site easier for everyone to use.

What we do

Use clear headings, readable text and a consistent page layout.
Write text descriptions (alt text) for product photos and other meaningful images.
Make menus, product pages, the cart, checkout and forms usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
Label every form field and give clear error messages.
Keep pages usable when zoomed to 200% and on phones and tablets.
Test our pages with automated tools and manual keyboard checks, and review accessibility when we add new features.

Known limitations

We are always improving. Some older blog posts and images, and some content provided by third parties (such as payment providers, review widgets or embedded media), may not yet fully meet our standard. If anything gets in your way, please tell us and we will fix it or help you another way.
