My Sea Moss Face Mask Routine
Are you looking to add a glow to your skin naturally? Then this mask is for you. I use this mask about 3 to 4 times a week to tighten and soften my skin when it feels a little dull. Also, I use it at night because it tends to make my skin look brighter and more refreshed when I wake up in the morning.
My routine involves gently applying a clean warm/hot rag to prepare my skin for deep cleansing. Then I lather my favorite cleanser so my skin feels clean. Next, I gently exfoliate so the mask spreads smoothly and evenly. I would then apply a thin even layer and let it dry on my skin for 15 minutes then rinse with cold water to tighten my skin even more.
This routine leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and refreshed.
After trying this face mask, your skin may feel softer and refreshed.
Sea moss naturally contains minerals such as iodine, potassium, calcium and magnesium, and many people enjoy it in both food and simple beauty rituals.
Sea moss gel is easy to add to your:
- Beauty Regimen
- Soups
- Tea/Coffee
- Pastries and Stews
- Smoothies and Shakes
- Juices and Beverages
- Sauces
Aloe Vera Sea Moss Gel has almost no flavor or smell so it can be easily added into a wide-variety of food stuff. It can be used as a thickening agent and substitute for gelatin.
Once you start to use sea moss, it is definitely hard to go without it and it will become a staple in your daily cooking.
Used as a mask, sea moss gel can leave your skin feeling:
- Soft and smooth
- Refreshed and clean
- Moisturized
- Calm and cared for
- Ready for your moisturizer
For external use. Patch test first and stop if irritation occurs.
